WorkEqual supports women across Ireland who are entering or returning to the workplace.
Their mission is to help women reach sustained economic independence through practical, targeted employment supports and programmes. WorkEqual prepares women to enter or re-enter work with confidence, dignity and support.
WorkEqual provides free supports for women at different stages of their employment journey.
This may include confidence coaching, mentoring, career consulting, CV preparation, interview preparation and job-readiness workshops. Their services are designed to meet women where they are and support them at the right pace.
Women can access mentoring and coaching support to help them think through next steps, build confidence and prepare for work.
This can be especially helpful for women who have been out of the workforce, are changing direction, or feel unsure about how to present their skills and experience.
WorkEqual is also known for its professional styling support.
Through styling sessions and wardrobe support, women can access clothing and confidence-building support for interviews, work placements or starting a new role. Their clothing support is linked with a circular economy approach, using donated professional clothing to support women returning to work.
WorkEqual runs free events and programmes across Ireland for women who are preparing to enter or return to work.
These events may include career workshops, one-to-one mentoring, styling support, employer connections, confidence-building sessions and practical advice.
WorkEqual may be useful for women who:
want to enter or return to work
need confidence support
want help with CVs or interviews
are changing career direction
need support after time out of paid work
would benefit from mentoring or coaching
want practical help preparing for employment
WorkEqual is a national organisation and many supports are available through events, programmes, referrals or online contact.
