Mums Hub is a community-led social enterprise based in Dublin’s North East Inner City, created to support mothers who want to return to work, retrain, rebuild confidence or access flexible opportunities that fit around family life.

Founded by Karla Dragic
Mums Hub was founded by Karla Dragic after seeing how many mothers were being
left without realistic routes back to
work, training, confidence and independence.
Karla leads the day-to-day development
of Mums Hub, builds local relationships, speaks with mothers, employers and organisations, and works to create
practical pathways that fit around real family life.
Her work is rooted in lived experience, community connection and the belief that care should be recognised, respected and supported.

Mums Hub CLG is supported by a board of directors who help guide the organisation’s purpose, governance and long-term development. Each director brings their own experience, values and commitment to supporting mothers, families and communities.
Maja Krpeta
Director, Mums Hub CLG
Maja is a mother of three girls and originally from Croatia. She has lived in Ireland since 2005 and works with the Early Learning Initiative. She is passionate about supporting families, promoting movement and play, and advocating for affordable, good-quality childcare. Maja brings warmth, practical experience and a strong commitment to improving opportunities for mothers and children.
Jennifer O’Donnell
Director, Mums Hub CLG
Jennifer is a mother of two with firsthand experience of the challenges many mothers face when trying to return to work. Having previously built a career in the geosciences industry, she understands how difficult it can be for highly educated and professional women to step away from their careers and later find a pathway back.
Sarah Lynch
Director, Mums Hub CLG
Sarah is a mother of two and works full-time in the charity sector as a Policy and Compliance Manager. She brings valuable experience in governance, compliance and the nonprofit sector, along with a strong belief in the mission of Mums Hub.
Karen O’Reilly, MBus, ACCA
Director, Mums Hub CLG
Karen is a mother of two, an accountant, and the founder of Employmum and Employflex, organisations focused on flexible work opportunities for parents returning to employment. She also holds a Master’s degree in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, bringing professional expertise and practical understanding of how work can better support families.
Together, they help keep Mums Hub grounded in its purpose: supporting mothers, recognising care, and building practical pathways towards confidence, work and opportunity.
