CASPr, the Community After Schools Project, is based in Dublin’s North East Inner City and has been supporting the community since 1995.
The project works to counter educational disadvantage in Dublin’s North East Inner City and support families through after-school programmes, early years care, training, education and community liaison support.
CASPr supports children, parents and families through a mix of childcare, after-school supports and training opportunities.
Its work includes after-school programmes, crèche and early years care, dedicated support for pre-school children, training and education, and outreach and community liaison support.
CASPr recognises that parents need practical support in order to access education, training and work.
By providing childcare and after-school supports, CASPr helps create more realistic pathways for parents who want to learn, train, work or take part in community life.
